DESTINATION PAPUA NEW GUINEA

Papua New Guinea ("PNG") lies just north of the very north-eastern tip of Australia.  Boasting over 850 indigenous languages, PNG's geography ranges from the extreme rugged mountain highlands to the orchid laden rainforests and swamps of the lowland; such terrain has rendered PNG as one of the world's least explored countries, both culturally and geographically.  Pearl-shell adorned villagers, human skull-filled caves and agrarian subsistence communities steeped in tradition are but a tiny sample of what PNG has to offer the truly intrepid traveller.  A refreshing destination for its purity of nature and people, PNG is quite possibly the last trammelled destination on our planet.  Join us as one of the fortunate few to take a step into the past.
